⚠️ My Experience with Dr. Faith Thornton ⚠️ Sharing this so others can make informed choices about their healthcare provider. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Thornton was deeply disappointing due to the following: ❌ A condescending attitude that made communication uncomfortable ❌ Appointments felt rushed, with little time for questions or clarity ❌ I wasn’t included in decisions about my own health plan ❌ My concerns and suggestions were often dismissed rather than addressed collaboratively ❌ Prescription errors were made and not corrected AT ALL! You might be okay with this doctor if: • You don’t mind a lack of personal connection with your PCP • You’re okay with one-sided communication where your input isn’t valued • You’re comfortable navigating your care mostly on your own • You have time to fix issues caused by miscommunication or administrative oversights Bottom line: If you value clear communication, mutual respect, and a doctor who works with you—not just on you—this may not be the right provider. I truly hope others have a better experience, but I wouldn’t recommend her based on mine.

Checked in with no wait, and no issues. Saw a N.P., named Brandy, she was very pleasant and professional. The girl who took my blood, was amazing, and had a light touch. I joked that I wanted to take her with me, for other appointments. I'm not fond of needles and I tend to get jabbed plenty, most people can never find a good vein. First visit here, not too shabby.

I had a great experience on my first time visit. The front desk ladies were knowledgeable and nice. Dr Hanson listened to my concerns and ordered the appropriate procedures to help put my mind at ease. Jose did a wonderful job assisting me and Chandler was very personable and did an amazing job with taking my blood, I didn't feel a thing! I also liked that everything was clean and peaceful.

Dr. Brinkman recently left and he was a wonderful doctor. A doctor I could rely on and built trust with. The only doctor who has cared enough to make sure I have all my exams/medications/vaccines etc. up to date. I wish I could get info on where I could see him at another office. I’m glad however he left CFHC, even if it means I can’t see him. This location itself is small yet it is clean. I think the staff is the biggest issue. Hard to get anyone on the phone and forget it if you are waiting on any paperwork that the staff is in charge of. The nurses are nice enough but they seem overworked. I had a TERRIBLE experience with a nurse practitioner named PHYLLIS EGGLESTON. The nastiest woman I’ve ever spoken to in the health care system. I mean just a terrible attitude, you would think I ran her dog over with my car. Dr. Brinkman was all booked up and I just needed a refill so I decided to have a quick video appointment with her. I regret it tremendously. Anyways save yourself the trouble. The only good doctor they had is gone.
